Episode 48: Eczema 101 with Andra McHugh

On this episode, I talk to Andra McHugh about eczema, what causes it, and some natural remedies that worked for her children.

Eczema is an autoimmune condition that causes a lot of pain and discomfort for those affected by it. In this episode, Andra McHugh joins me to talk all about eczema in kids. Andra is the host of the Eczema Kids podcast and does coaching surrounding the pervasive issue of eczema. She is a mom to four kids, two of which have eczema. Her third daughter was born with eczema and was left with very few answers to help in the treatment and help her daughter feel better. As she sought out her own answers, she wants to help others find hope in knowing there are alternative options out there.
